At Pfanny’s Farm, we believe that true wellness is about more than just diet and exercise—it’s about creating a life that feels whole, sustainable, and deeply fulfilling. That’s why we’re proud to offer Roots & Wings, a coaching program designed to help you find balance, clarity, and confidence in your personal journey to well-being.

What is Roots & Wings?

Roots & Wings is built on the idea that we all need strong roots to keep us grounded and steady, but also wings to help us grow and explore new possibilities. As an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Health Coach with specialties in behavior change and mindfulness, I focus on helping you create lasting, meaningful change—not just quick fixes.

This program is deeply personal to me. As a cancer “thriver” (I’m still a little superstitious about calling myself a survivor), I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating health struggles, uncertainty, and the emotional toll that comes with them. My own journey has taught me the power of small, sustainable changes, the importance of mindfulness, and the value of a compassionate approach to wellness. I bring these lessons into Roots & Wings, ensuring that every coaching experience is grounded in both expertise and lived experience.
