Rental Package Details – $750

This fee includes:

Use of Mrs. Pfanny’s Garden Cottage and the grounds:
- Friday
- Saturday
- Late checkout on Sunday (noon)
Use of Pfanny’s Farm grounds for engagement photos
We will clear out The StoreFront for your wedding party to use before the ceremony
Access for up to 100 people at The Binzebo for the ceremony (60 is a more comfortable number though)
We have picnic tables available for seating, but you are welcome to rent or bring your own
Optional: use of the certified kitchen to serve rehearsal supper (extra charge)

Please note:

If guest numbers exceed 60, an additional service fee will apply.
We prefer that wedding guests do not use the Cottage bathroom. The garage restroom will be available for guest use.

Payment Terms

A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your dates.
The remaining $400 balance is due one month before the wedding or the venue and dates will be forfeited. No exceptions.
A $250 refundable damage deposit to be made on or before_______
(this will be returned after the event if the area is left clean and in good shape)

Refund Policy

We are unable to offer refunds due to weather, as expenses are incurred in advance. We encourage you to have a “plan b”. In the event that Pfanny’s Farm cancels due to inclement weather (we make the call-usually based on wind or lightning), the couple will still retain full access to Mrs. Pfanny’s Garden Cottage.

Liability Waiver

By signing below, you agree to the following:

I/we understand that Pfanny’s Farm is a working farm with inherent risks such as uneven ground, farm animals, natural elements, and weather conditions. I/we assume all responsibility and liability for ourselves, our guests, and any vendors brought onto the property.

I/we agree to release, waive, and discharge Pfanny’s Farm and its owners, employees, or agents from any and all liability for any injury, illness, death, or property damage arising out of or related to the use of the premises, including activities on the farm grounds, in the Cottage, and in the garage facilities.

I/we understand this agreement is binding upon my/our heirs, executors, and legal representatives.
